User will get different task created by admin, either via email or in the application. User need to select task with higher priority. After that, a task will be opened in a browser.

A screen recording icon will be present at the top left corner of the mobile to indicate that the screen recording task is underway.

Application will ask for permission to capture screen information.

When you swipe from top , we will be able to see the notifications window of Screen Recording Task.

Once the user force touches the Notifications window, a screen will appear as shown. Here the timer will be active. We have two options available here which are the Pause and Complete Task. If we click the Pause option, then Screen Recording Task is stopped. Timer too will be stopped.

Complete Task

Data will be transmitted automatically to the OSG o360 Cloud services as is similar to the current Search tracking extension for Desktop.

Where there is a connectivity issue, This application will use a que-based process to ensure that all data gets captured and uploaded without loss.

Video frame rate, bit rate and recording formats is optimized to ensure large files are easily transmittable and do not cause impact to a user’s device.
