After Successfully Login a guard is able access the application and set/update their profile and their basic information by visiting profile page.
Guard can upload all the needed documents and id’s in this section for security purposes and verification
Guard can view their daily total patrolling schedules and the status of their visited patrolling schedules.

Guard can apply/request for leave from this section. When guard applies for leave then its status is pending and after approval from Incharge the status is show approved.
From this section guard can request for advance salary to their incharge and can also view the status of the request that it is pending or approved
Guard can update the reports of visitor’s that what amount of visitors visited the location and what were the reasons for their visits. In that report guard is used to enter time-in, time-out, mobile number, reason for visit.
In this section guard can update all the incidents held at the location of site on that particular date with their description and time slots.
From menu bar guard can switch to different menus of the application. And visit the guard’s profile menu for alterations.
All the notification for the particular guard will be displayed here in the notification centre.
When Incharge successfully login to the application there’s a option for the selection of property and incharge can select any one from them
Incharge can view their profile and other basic information regarding to their identity.
Incharge can view the daily patrolling schedule of there particular property for all guards. Incharge can view the counts of visited & pending schedule for guards.
Incharge can visit multiple properties from this section and can view the report of guards and their patrolling schedules.
Incharge can view the live location of guard and also their names by clicking their locations.

From this section incharge can view that how many QR Codes are pending to make active for locations of scan while selecting particular properties.
If any guard is on leave or any guard is to be replaced then incharge can replace the guard from this section new replacement guard.
If incharge is logged-in in one property and wants to view/change the property then incharge can do it by clicking on the three dots near notifications.

Property manager can manage their basic information details in this section. And can switch to different module’s from this section like Guards Profile, Daily Report, Visitor Report, Request, Contact In charge.
Property manager can change the property to view the status of another property by just clicking on the property bar
From this section property manager can view the profile of each and every guard and can confirm that guard is active or not.
