I have been working at softqubes for last 1 years and i really enjoying work with environments of company have. Softqube is it does not let you feel like you are a employee. It feels like a family, i always feel like my second home and like home in softqubes home is celebrate all festivals and fun activities and days and events of employee’s birthday and it all celebrations give a sense of enjoyment, relaxation and offer the time needed to bond with softqubes family members and bring the spirit of togetherness, employees and even their families.

Another best think which i enjoying is work culture and softqubes employees can work in any place fully open to work with any person any were and you can work from home and some time i enjoy the cooking at office like Maggi, Bhel and Sandwiches and Bread Uttapam and enjoy it with team and also i enjoy the music with Alexa. if i want to listen song i just say “Alexa let’s play the music” and enjoy it.

Here everyone is very helpful and friendly. Seniors here are there to guide me at every single step. I feel fortunate to work with such amazing people. I discuss about my office life with my friends and family too. I have made such beautiful relationships here.

Talking about management, management is very friendly with everyone. He takes interest and involvement in our career building and i always feel i I’m in safe hands.

What’s the most challenging part of your job? What is the most exciting?

Satish Nada One of my challenges will be adjusting to the new workflow and creating a new type of report to present to clients and my plan would be to ask a lot of questions when preparing my first report. I will also ask a colleague to review the reports before sharing it with the client. Develop a strategy the team will use to reach its goal and monitor team members participation to ensure the training they are being provide is being put into use, and also to see if any additional training is needed and manage the flow of day to day operation and motivate and inspire team members and provide the guidance to the team based on management directions.

Most exciting is to discuss with clients and requirement gathering and understanding and provide the best solution within their budget and listen to team members’ feedback and communicate clear instructions to team members and provide status reporting of team activities against the program plan or schedule.

What is the best food store in Ahmedabad?

There are many food variety in Gujarati, i like Gujarati Thali, i mostly prefer a sweet foods i think that a life without sweets is not much worth living. From the sweets i like Keri no ras. (Mango Juice, The king of fruits) and Basundi and Shrikhand and Halvo. My best food store is Pakvan at Bodakdev, they provide wonderful food, services, staff.

Some time i prefer to eat street food near Gujarat University and IIM Road and HL Gali, they are offer the best and economical street food in Ahmedabad. from breakfast to dinner they have wide range of options.

If you could only eat one food for the rest of your life, what would you want it to be?

Excited by the question, I got into a very serious thought process. I love trying a variety of dishes regularly; it is very difficult to come to a conclusion. Choosing one dish is hard, not only because I have to have only the single dish for the rest of my life but also I have to miss so many other foods I love. If I want to choose a food item that I have to eat for the rest of my life, I will choose that has multiple flavour combinations. If I have to eat Gujarati Dish with Sweets for the rest of my life, I might be fed up with it.
