New lead will create by super admin, Secretory and Directors only. User need fill all the mandatory information to create the lead. User can see the list of lead Created by him. User can add/view lead contacts separately. As lead will be created notification will be sent to super admin to assign the lead.
Lead information screen contains all the information of the lead like anticipated value, current stage and its durations, lead contacts. User can also update the lead details from here and can send proposal to lead contacts. User can also last updates in lead details.
There are some stages of lead before close the lead. In lead snapshot screen user can see that in which stage lead progress is. And user can find list of leads in particular stage. The first stage in initial communication and the last stage of won lead is send agreement and NDA and then lead will close.
HR can see the employee attendance chart. And also can see the leave balance of employee i.e. total leave, Used and current balance leaves.
Requester can request a leave from here and selected member will get notification for that. Director will approve or reject the leave and requester will get notification for the same. requester can also cancel the request and balance will credited to the system automatically.
HR and Director will use this module to do assessment of an applicant while taking an interview. On the basis of an assessment applicant’s next round will be decided. notification for the next round will be sent automatically to the respective round director.
HR can see the requisitions list and can see the details of requisition, can add applicant for requisition, can send requisition for approval and can reject the requisition/s.
HR can see the information of requisition like for which client and assignment requisition required, no. of vacant position, requisition priority and off course its cost estimation.
When director or team leader are in need of any resources HR recruiter will check the chart and can assign available resource to director.
HR can add training session by filling detail shown in the above screenshot. By clicking on the next button HR can add document upload section. from this page HR can upload documents. Selected trainer and nominee gets notification when HR can create session.
Director and HR can see the list of training session requested by them. User can CRUD the training session and also can check the status of it. User can also publish the training session after creating it.
Nominated trainee will receive the notification for training session. Nominated can see the training details in brief. Also can confirm his nomination by click on below button and can publish it.
OPE request is done by employee when she/he needs to visit a client. Requester need approval for OPE request from account and director. After approval requestor update the details of trip and expense for that trip. For this expense also she/he needs approval of director. After approval can close the request
Here Billing department can see pending list of invoices and can send it to client also can check the status of invoice. User can also edit the invoice and resend it. User can schedule the billing frequency like monthly, Quarterly, milestone based etc.
AMS stands for assignment management system. Here user can add all the details of assignment i.e. areas, manpower, man hours, milestone, task, timesheet, documents and discussion regarding assignment. Every time notification to send invoice will go to account from here.
Here User can manage all the uploaded and downloaded documents. Can Create folders for alike files also can share the files and folders directly to the any employee drop box can also edit or delete any folders.
Employee can request for IT assets from here. For that s/he needs approval of IT director and Team director. Request can be done for new asset and repair request for asset. IT dept. will check for available asset or request a purchase for asset. Any Item and vendor also available in system.
Employee can request to repair an asset from here. For this S/he needs to fill the details of an assets and also can attach a image of damaged asset. IT Dept will get notification for the request and will approve the request and assign to vendor to repair it and then return to employee.
Admin can use setup module for User Management. so admin can manage user's role and role right permission and also manage OTP based login for them. Admin can also made changes in custom form for feedback template, applicant assessment and appraisal process.
Appraisal Process Description HR can initiates appraisal process to do systematic and periodic process of measuring an individual's work performance against the established requirements of the job through using KRA and Behavior Based Process.
